Patricia Jones is an established marketing and communications leader with proven experience optimizing the strategic planning and execution of targeted branding initiatives. Her earlier success came within the broadcasting, communications, and publishing industries, where she exceeded all goals and objectives for performance, leading to numerous positions of increasing responsibility and scope. After growing through the sales and business development ranks, she secured a position as General Sales Manager for Westinghouse Broadcasting, where she led a team of nine direct reports with responsibility for managing the sales performance of two radio stations. While still an account executive, she ranked in the top two billing positions, generating more than $1M in annual revenue. In 1993, she launched Power Media & Sales Training, a highly successful consulting organization that sold and executed sales training programs for B2B clients.

In 2000, she joined Return on Investment and rose to Vice President of Media and Marketing, where she managed more than $6M in annual campaigns and played a key role in the development of the company's Interactive Marketing Division. In 2009, she joined Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) as Assistant Vice President and Senior Advertising & Brand Manager, where she tripled business through the corporate division within four years. In one particular success, she led a $150K campaign that translated into more than $110M in a single award, as well as $450M in IDIQ contract awards over two years. In 2014, she joined Stephenson Group as a Marketing Consultant, working on projects including the creation of an action figure, commissioning songs, leading a music video project, and managing a 15-person team on production of a book, before being named VP of Marketing Communications. After relocating to Fort Myers, FL in 2016, she secured a Senior Account Executive position with Renda Broadcasting, operating four local radio stations, taking on a 100% new business development role and billing over $165K by year end.

From 2018 to 2024, she served as media buyer for Tier Three automotive clients throughout the U.S. at CK Advertising (now Affinitiv Advertising), followed by Senior Account Executive at Two Rivers Broadcasting handling all advertising agency business for two radio stations. Patty holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and is a published author — in 1995, she wrote Say It and Live It: Corporate Mission Statements That Hit The Mark, published by Doubleday in seven languages. At Monday Draft, she brings that hands-on media expertise to hyperlocal content strategy for Southwest Florida and the Delaware coast.
